How many reels should I get?

Each custom photo reel holds seven photos. One reel can tell the story of a year, a trip or a special occasion. Choose multiple reels to create separate chapters for the same viewer.

How far ahead should I order?

For US orders, production and delivery together typically take 10–12 business days from the day we receive your photos. Leave extra time to choose and upload your photos, and for possible shipping delays. International estimates are longer; arrival on a specific date is not guaranteed.

Can you ship it straight to the person I'm gifting?

Yes — just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.

What if I don't have all seven photos yet?

You can order before choosing all seven photos. Upload them afterward using your order details. If the gift is for a specific date, prepare and submit your photos promptly so your order can be made.

Does every style include a viewer?

No. Select a reel and viewer set for a first gift. Reel-only styles do not include a viewer, and viewer-only styles do not include a personalized photo reel. Check your selected style before adding it to the cart.

What photos work best on a custom viewfinder reel?

Choose clear original photos with space around faces for cropping. Mix portraits, places and meaningful details. Avoid blurry images, screenshots and collages with tiny text. You can review the crops in the customization tool after checkout.
