Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns & exchanges Even though every item is made to order with your photos, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Email support@melicreativegift.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Items should come back in the condition you received them. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer; once the item arrives we refund the purchase price (original shipping is not refunded) or send the exchange.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@melicreativegift.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund — no return shipping to pay.

Cancellations We understand that mistakes happen. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order will move into our production queue (film processing/brick assembly), and we will no longer be able to cancel or refund the order.

European Union customers Our 30-day return window is longer than the 14-day cooling-off period and applies to EU orders as well, including personalized items.
