Return & Refund Policy

Overview Because our products (Custom Viewfinders and Brick Figures) are one-of-a-kind and personalized specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@melicreativegift.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.

Cancellations We understand that mistakes happen. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order will move into our production queue (film processing/brick assembly), and we will no longer be able to cancel or refund the order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods. Therefore, our standard non-returnable policy for custom items still applies to EU customers.
