Every item is handmade to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order ships.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns and Replacements
We stand behind the quality of every item we make:
- Craftsmanship issues (printing errors, broken parts, wrong item): We will remake and reship at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
- Personalized orders: Because every item is custom-made with your photos, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email support@melicreativegift.com and we will make it right.
Customs and Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties. MeliCreativeGift is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
