Production Time
Every item is made to order. Production starts once your photos are uploaded, so please upload them promptly after checkout. For US orders, production and delivery together typically take 10-12 business days from the time your photos are received.

We ship via USPS (United States) and DHL Express / FedEx (International).
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimates below count from the day we receive your photos and include production. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 — worldwide. For orders of $49 or less, a flat $5.99 shipping fee applies at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns and Replacements
We stand behind the quality of every item we make:
- Craftsmanship issues (printing errors, broken parts, wrong item): We will remake and reship at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
- Changed your mind? Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery — see our refund policy for how it works.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email support@melicreativegift.com and we will make it right.
Customs and Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties. MeliCreativeGift is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
