Creating Your Personal Gift is Simple
Here is exactly how a custom photo reel goes from your order to your doorstep. Three steps, and the only one you do is choosing the photos.
Step 1
Order your reel viewer set
Pick a viewer color and how many reels you want (one reel holds seven photos). Check out as usual — you do not upload anything at this step.
Already own a viewer? Choose a reel-only style and we will make a reel that fits it.
Step 2
Upload your photos after checkout
Your confirmation email carries your order number. Open our upload portal, enter it, and add seven photos per reel plus an optional center photo or text. Cropping happens right there and takes about five minutes.
You can come back to the portal any time before we start production.
Step 3
We print, assemble and ship
Your photos are printed as film slides and mounted into the reel by hand, then packed with the viewer, ready to gift.
US orders arrive in 10–12 business days after we receive your photos; international orders take longer. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Good to know
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and anything that arrives damaged or printed wrong is remade and reshipped free (refund policy).
- Free US shipping on orders over $49, $5.99 below; we ship worldwide at the same rate (shipping policy).
